Friday 20 July 2012

Graduate British designer Jason Webster has designed a set of contemporary knives with specific functions to assist their their user throughout the day - starting with a jam-spreading breakfast tool and ending with an escape-assisting bedroom knife.

The Kitchen Knife, pictured above and below, includes wooden tongs for extracting toast and a silicone spreader for applying jam.

The Bathroom Knife is a sleek, straight razor designed to execute a clean morning shave.

The Lounge knife, shown above and below, is equipped to first open letters and then to magnify their contents.

Lastly, the Bedroom Knife is made up of a glass hammer and a coiled escape cord, which can be used together to exit the room in an emergency.
